First let me start off by saying that Seth must have the patience of a Saint! What started out for me as simply "I need to get a new stove" ended by being a total kitchen renovation of which Seth and his great company were an integral part. Going into this "Adventure" I hadn't a clue and kept changing my mind on exactly what I wanted. Seth handled all my "Whims" with professionalism and aplomb. From my last second before the deadline change in the color of the cabinets to my sudden need for a brand new sink cabinet only days before the work was to be done, when it was discovered that the original cabinet was too damaged to be salvaged. To be sure I was very apprehensive of the whole venture but the job done by Seth and his crew in the end made all my apprehension disappear. What a difference my cabinets look!!! I could not be happier. Gone are the sad looking 1970's horrors and in there place are "WOW" looking beautifully resurfaced, easy to clean gems. The work was completed in a much shorter time then I though it would be and his crew removed and hauled away the old cabinets that had to be replaced and left my place spotless. Seth worked with me on price and made the project happen within my budget. I'm glad that I found Seth and his company and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning this kind of work.

They were excellent. I have absolutely no complaints. They were exceptional. They did the work within the time frame as promised. I thought they gave me a fair price. They cleaned up at the end. The cabinets are beautiful. I like the way the work turned out. It was very beautiful and very nice. I have a ten year warranty. The nicest thing was that, they said that it would take between two to three days to complete the work and they kept their word. They came when they said there were going to come. They cleaned up and everything they did was really great. I would recommend them to everybody else. I would use their services again in the future.

Seth came to give us an estimate at the end of January. He brought samples of styles for cabinet refacing and new countertops. He arrived after a major snow storm and had to maneuver through piles of snow. He was extremely pleasant and professional making suggestions that I hadn't thought of and that did not raise the price of the refitting. Cabinet doors were ready before I had expected. It took only two days to install the new doors and refacing. The Silestone countertop was installed a week later. The results are jaw-dropping. No one would ever know that this isn't a whole new kitchen at a fraction of what it would cost to have the kitchen gutted. My experience dealing with Seth was exceptional. I highly recommend him. As far as the price goes there were no hidden charges.

Once I met Seth Shaw, I was certain that I would hire his company to refinish my kitchen. He was professional and took time to listen to my thoughts on the redesign of my kitchen. He offered several suggestions that I did not even think about. His staff came in on time and worked in a quick and clean manner. The project was finished within the time period that was agreed upon. We've had a very good experience with Seth and his crew. We are still happy with the product nearly 5 months after installation in April. The installation of the drawer pulls had to be put off because we hadn't found pulls that we really liked by the time the actual cabinet installation was finished (time delay was not due to Seth or his crew). It took us about two months to find drawer pulls that we liked. We contacted Seth and he assured us that he would come back to put the final touches on our cabinets - align and install the drawer pulls. Seth's crew returned yesterday, 8/30/12, to complete the installation of drawer pulls. My realtor later suggested adding an extra strip of laminate between the end of the base cabinets and stove, a request that Seth's crew was able to satisfy very nicely. We have given them the highest grades because they were true to their word, because of the high quality of their work, their professionalism, and completeness. All crews were amazingly polite. We appreciate their attention to detail and desire to please their customer, even if it takes a bit longer during their busy summer season. We heartily recommend them!

They gave us a delivery date but the cabinet facings and countertop were available sooner than expected. It took them about 3 days to do the refacing, and one day to do the countertop. Everything went extremely smoothly. There was a small issue at the end, but they fixed it promptly.

I got several estimates over the course of a year and a half to redo/reface my small kitchen's cabinets. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful, one would never know it was a refacing job. It looks like the kitchen was done from scratch. It only took 2 days to complete (once the doors were in). I was very happy with the entire process. The work was done expeditiously, quietly and with a minimum of mess. In addition, I requested the purchase and installation of a faucet after the initial estimation process was completed and Seth accommodated my request with alacrity. The workmen were extremely courteous. prompt and totally focused on the task at hand. Although they must return to replace two cabinet doors whose measurements were slightly off, I am extremely satisfied with the overall workmanship and much improved appearance of my kitchen. I had to delay start of work twice - once until installation of new floor was completed and second because of a death in the family. U.S. Cabinet was very understanding of both delays and adjusted their schedule to meet my needs. When it came time to start the work, they showed up on time, completed the work on schedule. Staff were very professional and adhered to all requirements imposed by co-op board. I have already recommended them to a co-worker planning a kitchen renovation.
